Day 1: Arrival in Bali
We will arrive in Bali and enjoy a warm meet-and-greet at the airport before transferring to your hotel. Check in and spend the rest of the day at leisure to relax after the journey. No activities are scheduled on this day.

Day 2: Watersport's, Uluwatu Temple & Sunset Experience

Day 3: Kigali - Nyanza
After breakfast, we shall depart for a road trip to Nyanza region. Visit the Kings Palace Museum. Arrive and check in at accommodation. In the evening, bond over games at the bonfire / spend it at own leisure.

Day 4: Nyungwe Forest
After breakfast, we shall head out to Nyungwe Forest for the day's excursion. Later, head out for a boat ride around Lake Kivu. Arrive and spend the evening at your leisure.

Day 5: Departure
After breakfast, check out from hotel.
We shall depart as per our flight/ bus schedules.
On this day, those who wish to proceed to Musanze for the gorilla trek will do so. This is at visitor's own expense.
Requirements for Travel
- A valid passport / a temporary East African Pass
- Yellow Fever Certificate
- Slot reservations are only done by payment. An initial non-refundable Deposit of 200$ is required to reserve your slot.
- Late bookings as from May require 100% payment
- Cancellations can only be done until April. After that, the amount is non-refundable as by this time will have made payments to service providers.
- If you are unable to make it for this trip due to unavoidable circumstances, you can find someone else to replace you. If not, the amount paid excluding the initial deposit can be used for future trips
- Kindly check all visa requirements should you need a visa to visit Rwanda
- The best time to book flights is 1-2 months before the trip. If traveling by road, the journey is about 26hours long, so plan accordingly.
- We do not provide travel insurance or visas (where applicable), kindly remember to cater for this.
