Kigali City Tour
After breakfast, we shall head out for a guided Kigali City Tour.
After the tour, we shall head back to the hotel.
Spend the evening at own leisure.

Kigali - Nyanza
After breakfast, we shall depart for a road trip to Nyanza region.
Visit the Kings Palace Museum.
Arrive and check in at accommodation.
In the evening, bond over games at the bonfire / spend it at own leisure.

Nyungwe Forest
After breakfast, we shall head out to Nyungwe Forest for the day's excursion.
Thereafter, we shall head back to Kigali.
Arrive and spend the evening at your leisure.
On this day, those who wish to proceed to Musanze for the gorilla trek will do so. This is at visitor's own expense.

After breakfast, check out from hotel.
We shall depart as per our flight/ bus schedules.
Requirements for Travel
- A valid passport / a temporary East African Pass
- Yellow Fever Certificate
- Slot reservations are only done by payment. An initial Deposit of 100$ is required to reserve your slot.
- Late bookings as from May 2024 require 100% payment
- Cancellations can only be done until April 2024. After that, the amount is non-refundable as by this time will have made payments to service providers.
- If you are unable to make it for this trip due to unavoidable circumstances, you can find someone else to replace you. If not, the amount paid excluding the initial deposit can be used for future trips
- Kindly check all visa requirements should you need a visa to visit Rwanda
- The best time to book flights is 1-2 months before the trip. If traveling by road, the journey is about 26hours long, so plan accordingly.
- We do not provide travel insurance, kindly remember to cater for this.
