- Slot reservations are only done by payment.
- An initial non-refundable Deposit of 250$ is required to reserve the slot. The non-refundable deposit is transferrable if you (the client) gets a replacement for the slot.
- International trips are exclusive of flight fares, but we can help you to book your flight.
- Cancellations can only be done until May 31st 2025. Thereafter, no refunds shall be made, as by then we will have made payments to our service providers.
- If you are unable to make it for this trip due to unavoidable circumstances, you can find someone else to replace you. If not, the amount paid excluding the initial deposit can be used for future trips.
- We do not provide travel insurance
