Day 1: Nairobi/ Mombasa - Tsavo East

Your safari begins with a drive from Nairobi (or Mombasa) to Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya’s oldest and largest parks. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge/camp, followed by an afternoon game drive across the park’s vast savannahs. Keep an eye out for red-dusted elephants, lions, cheetahs, and herds of giraffes and zebras. As the sun sets, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tsavo East - Tsavo West
After an early breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Tsavo East before heading to Tsavo West National Park. The scenery shifts dramatically to rolling volcanic hills, lava flows, and lush oases. Visit the famous Mzima Springs, where crystal-clear waters are home to hippos and crocodiles. In the evening, take a game drive in search of rhinos, buffalo, and elusive lions.

Day 3: Tsavo West- Nairobi/ Mombasa
Start the day with a final morning game drive in Tsavo West, soaking in the park’s striking landscapes. After breakfast, check out and drive back to Nairobi or Mombasa, arriving in the afternoon – marking the end of your safari filled with unforgettable wildlife and scenery.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Accommodation will be provided in mid-range tented camps (or similar standard) based on availability at the time of booking.
  • Park entry fees are not included in the package price and must be paid directly at the park gate (rates vary by season).
  • The quoted price is based on 7 guests per safari Land Cruiser.
  • Guests who prefer a private safari experience are encouraged to request a customised quote.
  • full payment is required to confirm your booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All payments should be made through the designated payment methods provided by the company.
  • This safari is customisable to suit your travel needs, including flight schedules, additional nights, or extra experiences.

PRICE POLICY

  • The Company is not obliged to provide a detailed breakdown of individual cost components for any holiday package.
  • The Company reserves the right to adjust and notify you of any changes in price prior to confirming your booking.
  • Once a Confirmation Invoice has been issued, the holiday price will remain as quoted, unless there are increases in costs that are beyond the Company’s control. These may include:
      • Transportation costs (including fuel)
      • Published airfares, airport landing taxes, or government fees
      • Changes in park entry fees or other regulatory charges
      • Exchange rate fluctuations affecting supplier costs
  • In such cases, a surcharge may be applied. However:
  • The Company will absorb up to 2% of the holiday price (excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges).
  • Only amounts exceeding this 2% will be passed on to you as a surcharge.
  • Any surcharge will be communicated through a revised Confirmation Invoice.
  • If a surcharge increases the total holiday price on your original Confirmation Invoice by 10% or more, you may:
  • Cancel your booking within 14 days of receiving the revised invoice and obtain a refund of payments made (minus any non-refundable supplier costs already incurred), or
  • Proceed with the booking at the revised price.
  • Guests who wish to avoid the possibility of surcharges may choose to pay for their holiday in full at the time of booking.
  • To qualify, full payment must be received within 7 days of the Confirmation Invoice date.
  • Please note that the Company is unable to offer refunds or reductions should prices decrease due to later fluctuations.Requests for customization should be made at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund (less any bank/transaction charges), unless the client has already been notified that bookings have been confirmed and paid for in advance (e.g., during peak/high season). In such cases, supplier cancellation terms will apply.
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour price, unless the client has already been notified that bookings have been confirmed and paid for in advance. In such cases, supplier cancellation terms will apply
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour start date: No refund will be issued.
  • Guests who do not show up for their tour without prior notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
  • In the rare event that the company must cancel a tour (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control), guests will be offered the option of:
    • full refund, or
    • credit towards a future tour of equal value, subject to availability.
      • Guests may request to reschedule their booking to another date, subject to availability. Additional costs may apply if the new date falls within a higher pricing season.
      • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.
